Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy

We at are eager to help our customer to as far as possible hence we have a very easy cancellation policy under which
We will consider a cancellation only if we receive the request within 24 hours of placing an order.
We do not entertain cancellations for same day delivery orders.
Products obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s day etc. by our marketing team are not eligible for cancellations. These are limited occasion offers so cancellations are not possible
In case you ordered a perishable item like flowers, eatables etc. and the item you received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the products, then the team will take an action accordingly. None of the perishable itmes like flowers, eatables are eligible for     cancellation.
You must contact to the manufacturers for complaints regarding products that comes with manufacturer’s warranty.
We charge 12% of order value for cancellation

Refund Policy

We at GiftsNcake provide you with 7 days money back guarantee on a product delivered to you with manufacturer defects. Kindly note that our refund policy if applicable exclusively on “non- perishable” items. To raise a refund request for a product that you received with manufacturer defect simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase.  You must provide us with the order number (sent to your email after placing order) and tell us about the issue you faced with that particular product. We respond to customer inquiries in order that we receive them so please allow us 2-3 days to get back to you with the best possible solution of your complaint.  Refunds are being processed within 30 days period.

Cake/Flower received in damaged condition

We at GiftsNcake are committed to provide you with the best online cake, flower and gift shopping. We request you to kindly pay attention to the following points in case you receive a damaged product.
•    You (recipient) must check the cake, flower or gift that he/she have ordered before singing the receipt
•    In case you found them damaged recipient must refuse to accept the order
•    Delivery person will return with the replacement within 5 hours.
